Run Public Records Pre-Defined Searches
Use the Public Records Pre-Defined Searches tab to start a pre-defined search for Deeds & Mortgages, Lis Pendens, Owner's Name, and Property Address. These frequently used public records searches require minimal data entry.

To Sort the list of Pre-Defined Searches
To Run a Pre-Defined Search for Public Records
- At the Public Records search type page, click Pre-Defined Searches.
- Select one or more County checkboxes.
- Click a search, then click Continue. The Criteria page opens for field entry.
- At the Criteria page, enter criteria then click Continue.
Note:
- If you double click a pre-defined search, the search form opens immediately using default options for the selected County option(s).
To Sort the list of Pre-Defined Searches
- Click the Name column heading once to sort in alphabetical order.
- Click again to sort in reverse alphabetical order.
